GENERAL

Coco Skin Laser Health reserves the right to refuse any client treatment at any time. In the case that a client is refused treatment, all existing credit owed to the client will be paid out in full to the client within 7 days.

All quotes provided are valid for a period of 3 months and may be subject to change.

All terms and conditions are subject to change, all terms and conditions listed on this page https://www.cocoskinlaserhealth.com.au/terms-conditions/ are up to date.

ONLINE BOOKING

All online bookings require a deposit. The deposit amount varies from treatment to treatment and will be confirmed in the booking process.

All payments are processed using a secure 3rd party e-payment gateway provider.

All deposits taken within the clinic are non-refundable, where an appointment has been cancelled, a credit may be transferred on to the client’s account using the deposit if a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided to the clinic via email or reply text.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. $50 or $100 deposits may be taken to secure appointments depending on the cost and scheduled duration of the treatment/s.

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to the clinic via phone, email or sms when cancelling or rebooking an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, the deposit for the appointment will be forfeited. Where 24 hours notice is provided to the clinic, the deposit will remain on the client's account to be used towards treatment at a later date.

If a client is scheduled to receive a packaged or pre-purchased treatment and fails to provide adequate cancellation notice OR 'does not show', the the redeemable treatment will be forfeited.

All deposits taken online or within the clinic are non-refundable.

NOVEMBER MAKEUP BUNDLES OFFER

Purchase 3 products from the 'ACCESSORIES' or 'ESSENTIALS' product list as advertised in the November email newsletter and recieve a fourth product complimentary from the same list.

Out of the four products purchased, only the product with the lowest retail price will be provided complimentary.

Offer is only available through the month of November 2020.

BOOK IN JANUARY & RECEIVE $75 OFF YOUR TREATMENT

To qualify for the offer, a minimum spend of $250 is required.

The offer is only valid for treatments booked in January 2021.

The $75 is not redeemable for cash. A credit will be applied at time of invoicing.

For new clients, a consultation may be required before any treatments or services can be delivered.

Offer is valid for one transaction only in January 2021.

CONSULTATIONS

Each consultation costs $50.

If a client pre purchases the treatments recommended on the day of their consultation or is eligible to have those treatments on the same day as their consultation, the consultation fee will be put towards the cost of their treatment providing the client with a saving of $50.

All efforts will be made to accommodate clients who wish to receive their recommended treatment on the same day as their consultation. Please note that due to high demand and medical circumstances that this is not always possible.

ONLINE CONSULTATION OFFER

Online Consultations cost $25

The cost of your consultation ($25) can be applied as a credit towards the purchase of any Jane Iredale makeup products if you make your purchase at the time of your consultation.

This offer is not available with any other offer.
This offer is only available whilst the clinic remains closed due to COVID-19 measures.

GIFT CARDS

Gift vouchers/cards can be used in conjunction with ALL other offers.

Gift vouchers/cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash goods.

All gift vouchers/cards purchased prior to 31st March 2018 are valid for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise.

All gift vouchers/cards purchased after 31st March 2018 are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. If your card was purchased after 31st March 2018 and states 12 months validity, please enquire with a member of our staff to extend your gift card expiry date.

2020 CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD OFFER

For every $200 purchased on a gift card in December 2020, recieve a complimentary $50

Gift card and complimentary credit is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Offer is only available for purchase in December 2020

Bonus credit is not transferrable and is only available to the gift card recipient

2019 CHRISTMAS GIFT CARD TERMS

All gift cards purchased between 9/11/19 and 23/12/19 are eligible to receive an extra $50 for every $200 gift card credit purchased.

Please note these promotional gift cards are only valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards must be presented at checkout for the offer to be valid. Extra credit available through this offer may not be honoured if the gift card is lost or stolen.

BIRTHDAY OFFERS

Available on new purchases of services only (not available with the purchase of products).

Can be used in conjunction with ALL other offers.

Birthday vouchers are supplied to existing clients via email, they are not able to be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Birthday vouchers are valid for 2 months after the recipient’s DOB.

TREATMENT PACKAGES/SERIES

Are not available in conjunction with any other offers (excluding Birthday Vouchers & Gift Vouchers)

3x treatment series are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

6x treatment series are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

All Hair Removal packages are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

All other packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All packages must be purchased before treatment commences. Any treatments purchased prior to purchasing a package or series will be regarded as one off treatment purchases.

Series and packages are not refundable and credit cannot be exchanged for cash goods.

REFER A FRIEND

Not available with any other offers.

Both the referring and referred client are eligible for 15% off their next individual purchase of a service.

To be eligible, the referral card must be presented to reception by the referred client prior to checking out. The card must include the referrers name.

The referred client must purchase a service at the clinic.

All referred clients must not have attended the clinic previously to be considered eligible.

The offer is valid for two months after the email send date.

EXCLUSIVE MONTHLY MAILING LIST OFFERS

Are not available in conjunction with any other offer (excluding birthday and gift cards/vouchers).

Are only available for purchase within the same month that they are promoted. Please check the send date on email campaigns for clarification.

Treatments/offers purchased via Coco’s exclusive monthly offers are valid for a period of 12 months after purchase.
