- Coco Skin Laser Health reserves the right to refuse any client treatment at any time. In the case that a client is refused treatment, all existing credit owed to the client will be paid out in full to the client within 7 days.
- All quotes provided are valid for a period of 3 months and may be subject to change.

Online Booking Service
- All online bookings require a deposit. The deposit amount varies from treatment to treatment and will be confirmed in the booking process.
- All payments are processed using a secure 3rd party e-payment gateway provider.
- All deposits taken within the clinic are non-refundable, but may be transferred on to the client’s account as a credit if a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided to the clinic via email or reply text.
Yoga & Meditation Classes
- Classes must be booked in advance by using our online booking system or calling the clinic.
- As our booking system is personalised and automated, online bookings can only be made by the attending student, to book for a friend or multiple people, please call the clinic on 4927 8088 between 10am and 6pm. You will need to provide contact details for each person booking in.
- All class bookings must be paid for in advance. The class fee of $20 will be charged at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made by contacting the clinic on 4927 8088 or firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive a refund, cancellations may be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time, if you phone out of hours, a voice message must be left on Coco’s phone system to be eligible for a refund. You may choose to apply a credit to another class instead of claiming a refund.
- For cancellations made within the 12 hours prior to the booked class or for no shows, no refund will be provided, however the class fee will be applied to the student’s account as credit towards another class. You must call the clinic to book your catch up appointment.
- For security reasons, If you arrive late to a class, you may be locked out and subsequently be prevented from attending. If the clinic’s front desk is open, you may phone ahead to notify your instructor. For classes operating outside of normal clinic hours, you will be locked out of the class if you arrive late.
Uber Service To The Clinic
- By requesting and using these services, you are consenting to Uber’s terms and conditions.
- By requesting the Uber Ride service to the clinic you are giving your consent to the clinic to provide your name and contact number to Uber.
- Each client is eligible for one return ride per day providing they have an appointment booked at the clinic.
- The clinic does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of third party providers. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of Uber’s and any other third party’s services, and any service or good requested in connection therewith, remains solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
- The clinic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damage, including personal injury or property damage related to, or in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of these services, even if the clinic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The service will operate between two pick up and drop off locations only. These locations are Bar Beach Car Park, Bar Beach NSW 2300 and the clinic’s address at 175, Scott Street Newcaslte NSW 2300. A team member at the clinic can arrange an alternative drop off and pick up location at their discretion in the event of disruptive weather.
- The service will be offered by the clinic as a temporary solution to CBD access and parking whilst the construction of the light rail project continues.
- Users must request and arrange their uber ride with the clinic. A user will not be reimbursed if they order their own Uber service through their personal application.
- Gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with ALL other offers.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift vouchers are valid until the date specified on the voucher. (If unstated – 12 months validity applies)
2017 Christmas Gift Card Terms
- All gift cards purchased between 1/11/17 and 24/12/17 are eligible to receive an extra $50 for every $200 gift card credit purchased.
2018 Christmas Gift Card Terms
- All gift cards purchased between 9/11/18 and 22/12/18 are eligible to receive an extra $50 for every $200 gift card credit purchased.
- Gift cards must be presented at checkout for the offer to be valid. Extra credit available through this offer will not be honoured if the gift card is lost or stolen.
- Available on new purchases of services only (not available with the purchase of products).
- Can be used in conjunction with ALL other offers.
- Birthday vouchers are supplied to existing clients via email, they are not able to be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Birthday vouchers are valid for 2 months after the recipient’s DOB.
- Are not available in conjunction with any other offers (excluding Birthday Vouchers & Gift Vouchers)
- Must be used within 12 months after deal commences unless the treatment record created by Coco’s practitioners specifies otherwise.
- All packages must be purchased before treatment commences. Any treatments purchased prior to purchasing a package or series will be regarded as one off treatment purchases.
- Series and packages are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash goods.
Refer A Friend
- Not available with any other offers.
- Both the referring and referred client are eligible for 15% off their next individual purchase of a service.
- To be eligible, the referral card must be presented to reception by the referred client prior to checking out. The card must include the referrers name.
- All referred clients must not have attended the clinic previously to be considered eligible.
- The referring client will be notified by email if they have successfully referred a client.
- The offer is valid for two months after the email send date.
Monthly Exclusive Mailing List Offers
- Are not avilable in conjunction with any other offer (birthday and gift vouchers will be accepted).
- Are only available for purchase within the same month as publication.
- Treatments/offers are valid for a period of 12 months after purchase.
2017 – 2018 Summer Offer
- All summer offers promoted via our ‘Summer Tips & Tricks’ email campaign will expire on the 1st February 2018.
- All summer offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Anti-wrinkle Summer Offer:
Purchase a minimum of 25 units of anti-wrinkle injections this summer and receive a Jane Iredale Eye Gift pack valued at over $130.
The total purchase value for the anti-wrinkle injectables treatment must reach $400 or more to qualify for the Jane Iredale Eye Gift Pack.
Hydrabrasion Summer Offer:
Purchase a pack of 3 Hydrabrasion treatments and receive a complimentary Omnilux LED Light Therapy Facial with each treatment. Valued at $360.
Revlite Summer Offer:
Purchase a pack of 3 Revlite Laser treatments and receive a Miss Vitality anti-ageing nutrients pack valued at $185.

Social Media Giveaway Competition 2018
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age
- For an entry to be valid, the entrant must have followed all four collaborator’s Instagram accounts @shaghair @pushingpansies @newcastlecosmetictattooing & @cocoskinlaserhealth, liked one of the giveaway posts posted on one of the collaborator’s accounts and tagged three or more friends in the comments of that post.
- Unlimited entries are permitted
- The services, products and vouchers supplied by the collaborators are subject to general terms and conditions as stated by the provider
